Exclusion of right of withdrawal:
The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal insofar as provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in time for the conclusion of the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
a.that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the specifications of the consumer;
b. that are clearly personal in nature;
c. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
d. that can spoil or age quickly;
e. the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
f. for individual newspapers and magazines;
g. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:
a. regarding accommodation, transport, restaurant business or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period;
b. of which the delivery started with the express consent of the consumer before the reflection period has expired;
c. regarding betting and lotteries.
AutoStickerOriginal makes a unique product for you. Which means; you specify a specific size (A4 - A5 - A6) from which you can choose which model you want (round - rectangle - oval) and of course the correct colour.
You order a unique product, that is why the right of withdrawal is excluded for the car stickers, however, for the razor-sharp blade and tweezers, different rules apply, namely:
"You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form (INSERT PDF) for this, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, back from us. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
